Books Galore!

The postman has been and delivered this trio which I can't wait to get stuck into! Since setting up this blog I have realised there is alot to learn, so I decided to instead of reading countless internet related articles, that a book was required, and the one I chose was 'Blogging for Creatives' by Robin Houghton who has been a successful blogger for forever! Complete with hundreds of tips, tricks and motivational stories this book covers everything in an accessible, non-techie kinda way!

Whilst snooping on amazon I found the 'Quick and Clever Handmade Cards' by Julie Hickey which definitely in my opinion is one of the best card books I have, of which I have a few. It is clear and concise with helpful tips and loads of ideas.. A must have for all those card makers out there!

My third and final purchase was 'The Craft Business Handbook' by Alison Nicol which is described as the THE essential guide for and would-be crafty entrepreneur! What I like about this book is as well as giving practical advice it gives in-depth interviews from crafty entrepreneurs sharing their successful craft business stories and inspiring more to follow in their footsteps..

So for now I'm off to be inspired by Julie Hickey and her quick and clever cards, and I look forward to reading my blogging and craft business books...Watch this space for some helpful tips and hints that I hope to pass on!.
